Bio:
Bradley boasts more than 9 years of experience in the fitness industry both locally and internationally, having spent some time exploring Turkey and other parts of the world. As a coach and mentor, he is highly motivated and dedicated to help anybody achieve their fitness goals, and as a friend he is a great character with a pleasant and outgoing personality to match
Bradley is also passionate about cricket and competes at club level. When he’s not hitting boundaries and taking catches, you will find him competing in various half marathons.
We think Bradley fits our team dynamic perfectly, because he adds a sense of collective calm and logical planning when we(mostly Zeyd) start spinning around all our great plans for the future.

Alex is also a registered NeuroNet Learning Therapist. The human body interests her immensely and has been the key driving factor to her developing the path she has chosen.
Alex aspires to bring the best out in people, whether it be through Biokinetics treatment, or in her dealings with colleagues and friends. She has taken her experience from working in a multi-disciplinary medical practice in Johannesburg, as well as in gyms, schools and rehabilitation centres, to bring her to Cape Town and develop her career with FitCorp.
As an ex-provincial rower and keen runner, Alex leads a healthy lifestyle and enjoys keeping fitness fun. She enjoys adventure and challenge, whether it be sport or work related.
Alex is passionate about people and their well-being and strives to improve the quality of life of those who cross her path. Her empathetic nature and understanding of people is her strength. Alex values each person she comes across, how she can impact their day positively and the lessons they teach her in life.
Bio:
I started my adventures in the Fitness Industry in 1997 at The Health & Racquet Club, and then transitioned to do bigger and brighter things with Virgin Active South Africa for many years before venturing off to create FitCorp in 2016.
FitCorp grew into the vehicle that I had always wanted in order to share my skills and experience with the world. This journey has blessed me with the opportunity to spread my enthusiasm across Southern Africa, The Middle East, Europe and the UK.
I’ve met amazing people along the way, all of whom have taught me invaluable lessons, and in some way helped to shape the individual that I am today.
My team of skilled and intelligent people work as hard as I do, but thankfully don’t take themselves too seriously all the time. Because our days feel incomplete if we can’t have a laugh at ourselves or at each other.
